Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase or order number.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care and hygiene products once opened.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Gift cards and promotional items.

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
